Getting Involved

We need member volunteers to help run our lovely theatre.

New members are always welcome. Whether your interests lie in acting, producing, stage construction or design, sound, lighting, props, wardrobe, or anything that involves the theatre, you can be sure you’ll find it with us.

Many people have started their careers at the Carver because we have the time and experience to nurture young talent especially in the creative back stage skills.

Membership entitles you to help determine the running of the theatre including what plays we produce – it also means you can use the bar with member-only pricing on club nights.

If you are under 16 and interested in joining as a junior then please contact our junior secretary on juniors@carvertheatre.co.uk.

Due to the popularity of our junior workshops and space limitations, we currently have to run a waiting list.
